The Nestlé Waters Group, a loyal client of Halloween Agency, awarded us the organization and realization of their annual international convention.

We decided upon the charming city of Lisbon as the place to bring together the group’s international collaborators (250 individuals) for a 5-day sensorial journey into the universe of the Nestlé Waters brand.

Our approach: to strike a balance between the meetings presenting the 2019 strategy and the more light-hearted activities promoting team cohesion and engagement through creative workshops and events.

To make these 5 days truly extraordinary, we chose some of the most emblematic locations and areas of the Portuguese capital: meetings in the Epic Sana hotel and the Palacio de Xabregas, a dinner overlooking the Tagus, and an evening of dinner and dancing on the rooftop of the Rio Maravhilla.

 

Agency objectives: A project managed solely and entirely by HALLOWEEN: hotels, transport, restaurants, staff (hostesses, artists…) audiovisual systems, a dedicated digital application, and decoration., artistes..), technique audiovisuelle, application digitale dédiée, scénographie et décoration.

A team of more than 20 staff to guarantee the maximum comfort of all those invited to the event. Not forgetting of course the artists (comedians, dancers, magicians, sports coaches, musicians, dubbing artists) who worked throughout the week.
