Loyal client of Halloween Agency, Moët Hennessy Diageo group commissioned us to organize their annual DIAGEO seminar.
The client expectations were very high for this event, intended to motivate, mobilise and engage the members of the individual labels that make up the DIAGEO group, and communicate to them the new sales objectives.
We based this event on a strong and popular theme: GAME OF BRANDS a play on the well-known series of GAME OF THRONES: each label of the DIAGEO group was assigned allegiance to a house. We selected a chateau in Levallois-Perret (near to Paris) to suit this name.
The scenography (the chateau and banners in the colours of the labels), the communication (teaser video using footage from the series), the musical ambiance, and the team building activities (escape game) were all imagined and constructed around this identity and theme.
Agency objectives: Conception of the event’s theme, definition of a visual identity, production, scenography, management of the communication of the event.
