In 2018 Total participated for the first time at the Salon Rétromobile – an international show dedicated to vintage cars – in Paris. Halloween Agency managed the conception, production and installation of a stand in the brand colours of the Salon.
Our strategy was to unify the brands and expertise of the Total group around the concept “Total Passion for performance” (Elf HTX, Total Excellium and Total Wash), in order to immerse the visitor in the universe of the brand and their expertise.
At the centre of the stand, modelled on a motor paddock, blending historical heritage and modern innovations, visitors were able to discover the different ranges of Total products and purchase them on site thanks to the boutique area.
The parts of original motors along with interactive explanations enabled visitors to understand the function and advantages of Total group products for vintage cars.
Moreover, a mini-game “Le tout juste” linked to an iPad application enabled the creation of a client database through gaming.
Agency Objectives: A 100m2 stand from conception and production to installation and running throughout the 5 days of the show. Booking hostesses, management of the activations on the stand and a point of sales on the stand.
Results: Over 100 000 visitors across 5 days visited the Total stand, a large quantity of goodies were distributed through the game “Le tout juste” and over 700 contacts were amassed for a client database to be used after the event.
